1) Definitions

Organizer: Ancient Management LLC, incorporated in Georgia.

Website: winnerwinnerraffle.com and any subdomains or mobile experiences.

Promotion: Any raffle, sweepstakes, prize draw, contest, or competition operated by the Organizer.

Entrant/Participant: An eligible individual who enters a Promotion.

Prize: The item(s) or benefit(s) described in the Promotion page.

AMOE: Alternate Method of Entry (free entry path where required by law).

2) Eligibility

Open to natural persons aged 18+ (or age of majority where you reside, if higher).

Employees, officers, and immediate family members of the Organizer or its agencies may be ineligible.

Geographic restrictions: Void where prohibited. The Organizer may exclude specific countries/regions (e.g., U.S. states with sweepstakes restrictions, Quebec (CA), Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Philippines, India, China, Russia, sanctioned countries/regions) and any jurisdiction requiring prior registration/bonding/permit not obtained for that Promotion. A list of excluded jurisdictions, if any, will appear on the Promotion page.

Sanctions & KYC: You may not enter if you are on any sanctions list or located in an embargoed territory. The Organizer may conduct identity, age, and sanctions screening before awarding prizes.

3) Entry Period

Start and end dates/times (with timezone) are stated on the Promotion page. Entries received before/after the Entry Period are void.

4) How to Enter

Entry mechanics are described on the Promotion page (e.g., purchase, form submission, task completion). Where entry involves a purchase or payment, a free AMOE will be provided to avoid illegal lotteries in certain jurisdictions.

AMOE (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without purchase, complete: [Online AMOE form URL]. Mail‑in entries are not accepted.

Entry Limits: Unless stated otherwise, limit [1] entry per person per Promotion. Additional entries via bots, scripts, or multiple accounts are prohibited and may void all entries.

5) Prize(s) & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

Each Promotion page will disclose the Prize description, quantity, and ARV. ARV is provided in the currency stated and may fluctuate.

Substitution: We may substitute a Prize (in whole or in part) with an item of equal or greater value if a Prize becomes unavailable.

6) Winner Selection & Odds

Raffles/Sweepstakes: Random drawing from eligible entries using a verifiable method. Odds depend on number of eligible entries.

Contests/Skill‑based: Winners selected by judges using criteria disclosed in the Promotion page.

Drawings or judging will occur within [X] days of the Entry Period ending. The Organizer’s decisions are final and binding.

7) Winner Notification & Verification

Potential winners will be notified via [email / phone / account message] within [X] days. Failure to respond within [X] days may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate.

Winners must complete eligibility verification (e.g., identity, age, residency, sanctions screening) and sign an Affidavit/Declaration and Publicity/Liability Release if required by law.

8) Prize Delivery

Digital/crypto prizes delivered to the verified account/wallet provided by the winner; network fees may apply.

Physical prizes shipped DDP/DAP [choose one] to the winner’s address. Customs duties, taxes, and import clearance are the winner’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

The Organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered items once shipped to the address provided by the winner.

9) Taxes

Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes, charges, and reporting obligations. The Organizer may issue tax forms where required and may withhold taxes when mandated by law.

10) Fraud, Misconduct & Disqualification

We may disqualify entries that are late, incomplete, ineligible, fraudulent, or violate these Terms. Use of bots, VPNs to bypass geo‑blocks, bulk/automated entry methods, or creation of multiple identities/accounts to gain advantage is prohibited.

11) Publicity Release

Where lawful, by accepting a Prize, winners grant the Organizer a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use winner’s name, likeness, username/handle, statements, and city/country for advertising and promotional purposes in any media for [up to X years] without additional compensation.

12) User Content & IP

If a Promotion requires submitting content, you warrant you own the content and it does not infringe third‑party rights or depict illegal activity. You grant the Organizer a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display the content solely in connection with the Promotion and related marketing for [X years].

13) Website Use & Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, suspected fraud, or security reasons.

14) Payments (if applicable)

Accepted methods: crypto via designated processors. You agree to their terms and fees.

Crypto entries are final and non‑refundable. Network fees and confirmations may delay processing. Enter the correct network/wallet type.

Refunds/Cancellations: Except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise, entries are non‑refundable. If a Promotion is canceled before drawing, we will provide a proportional refund or credit at our discretion.

15) Platform Policy

If a Promotion runs on or references social platforms (Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, etc.), you acknowledge that those platforms do not sponsor, endorse, administer, or associate with the Promotion. You release them from any liability related to the Promotion.

16) Data Protection

Personal data will be processed according to our Privacy Policy (below/linked). We may require KYC/AML information for compliance before prize delivery.

17) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer is not liable for: (a) technical errors; (b) lost, late, misdirected entries; (c) force majeure; (d) indirect/special/consequential damages. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death/personal injury caused by negligence, or other non‑excludable liabilities.

18) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules.

Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with a Promotion shall be finally resolved by confidential, binding arbitration under rules chosen by the Organizer by one arbitrator in Georgia, with proceedings in English. Class/collective actions are waived.

If arbitration is not selected, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.

19) Severability; Entire Agreement; Changes

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

These Terms (together with the Promotion page) constitute the entire agreement regarding the Promotion.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted on the Website.
